Diagnostic labels fail to pinpoint a person’s social learning needs. Nor do they help us to understand how a social skills problem can also impact one’s ability to engage in learning many socially based academic concepts such as written expression and reading comprehension of literature. Using a lot of video clips, we will help you to pinpoint your student’s social learning challenges in order to develop more clearly articulated treatment planning as we introduce the Social Thinking-Social Communication Profile.
