The Personal Outcome Measures® are a tool for understanding the person and how they define quality in areas of My Life, My World, and My Dreams. The Personal Outcome Measures® represent 21 indicators of how a person defines aspects of supports and how that knowledge can enhance their life.

Lucy Klym is a Quality Enhancement Specialist for the Council on Quality and Leadership. Ms. Klym utilizes the Personal Outcome Measures as a platform for enhancing quality for people and organizations implementing factors of My Self, My World, and My Dreams. She has two Masters: in Public Administration and Organizational Leadership.
