This presentation will describe autism spectrum disorder (ASD) activities at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, with a focus on the most recent ASD prevalence estimates from the Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Network.

Jon Baio is an Epidemiologist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He currently serves as Team Lead for Developmental Disabilities Surveillance and Principal Investigator on the Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Network, studying the prevalence of ASD and other developmental disabilities in several communities throughout the U.S.
