Getting a good night's sleep is critically important, and many of us don't get enough of it. There are many different factors that can result in difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep as well as waking up too early. There are easy strategies for dealing with these problems, and these are discussed in this presentation. Already submitted

Meteorologist
Mr. Hamrick is a National Weather Service meteorologist. He received his meteorology M.S. from North Carolina State University in Raleigh. He is a well-known public speaker who discusses how living with high-functioning autism has influenced him. He was diagnosed at age three and in special education classes until fourth grade.
