This presentation will review traditional and emerging models for providing residential, day program, social/friendship, and lifespan quality supports to adults with severe ASD and their families. Sustainability is a key subject, and a parent panel will offer their perspectives on what families must do to help develop supports that endure across their child's lifetime.

Dr. DeZonia has over 30 years supporting individuals with ASD and their families. Her research interests include quality of life; severe/profound disabiities; and family supports. She is a co-founder of TERI and an adjunct instructor at UC San Diego.

William Mara
Chief Operating Officer

Bill Mara has over 30 years of experience working in residential and respite programs, primarily for adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities. He is the Chief Operating Officer of TERI and has been instrumental in establishing and operating a wide range of residential and other lifespan supports.
