	Recent research and media attention has suggested that the experiences of females with ASDs may be quite different from those of males. Little is known about how best to meet the unique challenges that females with ASD face. 					Shana Nichols is a licensed psychologist and Owner and Director of ASPIRE Center for Learning and Development. She specializes in females with ASD, growing up and mental health interventions. Dr. Nichols has extensive expertise in assessment, psychotherapy, consultation and training. She also conducts applied research associated with her clinical programming.
