AMC Theatres’ F.O.C.U.S. (Furthering Opportunities, Cultivating Untapped Strengths) Program is a pilot program that provides equal opportunities to employment for individuals with autism. Presenters will discuss how the program began, how to engage essential local partners, where they’ve been, where they’re going, and what they’ve learned along the way.
