#3027- Oh the Possibilities...Transitioning from High School to Adult Life
Preconference Workshop- This session will provide students, family members and professionals with what are the expectations, the roles, and responsibilities of each team member during the transition process of high school to adult life. Examples of transition services and activities that should occur while the student is in high school and what activities and options to expect as the student leaves high school, information of questions to ask of service providers, and examples of an array of individuals working and contributing to their community will be presented.
