In this session, attendees will learn how evidence-based practices were embedded into school settings universally to benefit all students. Case studies and rich examples will be used to illustrate content. Strategies adopted are related to behavior, visual supports, social skills instruciton, and instruction. Examples will be used from various grade levels and for those across the spectrum.

Dr. Cathy Pratt is the Director of the Indiana Resource Center for Autism at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community located at Indiana University. Dr. Pratt is on faculty at Indiana University, and presents internationally. She is past Chair of the Board for the national Autism Society.

Lofland has worked in the field of special education for over 30 years in both educational and clinical settings. Ms. Lofland currently is an Educational Consultant for the Indiana Ressource Center for Autism.
