A brief review of the scientific literature on the role of toxins and EMFs (electromagnetic fields) on brain health will first be presented. Then, we will discuss simple ways of minimizing your family's exposure to toxins and EMFs and creating a healthy home. Topics to be discussed will include air quality, clean drinking water, wireless technology, and creating a "sleeping sanctuary."
