4560 Environment, Stress and Brain Body Relationships: Presentation and Panel Discussion

Thursday, July 23, 2009: 4:00 PM-5:00 PM
Amphitheater (Pheasant Run Resort and Conference Center)
Presentation:
Longitudinal treatment tracking, when performed regularly with user-friendly tools, is a  newly available method made possible by the internet for generating answers, now, to key questions pertaining to people with autism as well as contributing to applied research efforts.  Our web-based tool for detailed tracking of children and adults with autism will be presented by parent together with an integrated team of specialists,  who will explain how this can provide answers and access to resources from your home computer. How can parents use this tool, frequently, to help their children and inform  their service providers?

How can the resulting database be mined to generate ideas for practical, effective treatments as well research initiatives that will multiply the number of effective treatment options available?
