The journey of single parenting can be overwhelming and exhausting. Parents of children on the spectrum experience this ten fold. This session will share real life experiences and strategies that have led to a successful single parenting of a family consisting of an 18 year old neurotypical girl and a 9 year old ASD boy. Single parenting can be fun and rewarding - come learn how!

Presenters:Cynthia Moore, Mother, Advocate, Friend, CEO of Single Parenting Plus - I'm a single parent of 2, 10 yrs. apart with separate fathers in different states. In addition to being an advocate, I am also a VP at a major financial firm overseeing staff in 2 countries, 4 sites and 3 time zones.

Brittany Richardson, Sibiling, of, an, ASD, child, Sister - I've just graduated from High School. I'm the sister of Bo who is a 9 yr on the spectrum.
