A group of business leaders in Pensacola, Fl. and a hard-working ASA branch have teammed up to make this Panhandle Community A Center of Excellence for Autism in less than two years.
It started with a major fund-raiser that raised $170,000 in one night to support what has become an 8-week, full-time summer camp. The camp was part of a national news story by NBC.
We can do it either way -- with a panel or one presenter. If it was a panel, it would consist of four Pensacola business leaders who made a difference. We would have video, photos etc. that can be produced by my film crew at PNJ.com.
Each of the panelist would discuss one aspect that has made Pensacola a Center of Excellence for Autism and show the audience how they can do the same.
